Who we are

Driving with a passion to provide an easy go-to catering experience, Crack’d Orange Catering was created from over 30 years of culinary and hospitality experience by Declan Delaney. Based in Westmeath, Crack’d Orange Catering is a family run business established in 2025, providing fresh cooked artisan food for corporate events, family parties (Christenings, Communions), BBQ’s, funerals and, buffets.

Declan has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 30 years; his experience is vast and includes skills from fish mongering and butchery to Head Chef roles. Obtaining an MSc. in Applied Culinary Nutrition in 2019, Declan’s knowledge and many travels have influenced his cooking and creativity.

Having previously operated several successful food businesses over the years, Declan decided to pivot towards the catering industry. After years of many satisfied customers in bar and restaurant establishments, he saw an opportunity to bring that same passion to a wider audience.
